Hi there, friend! Thanks so much for your interest in my web home. If you've found this page, you have probably heard about my recovery from severe Crohn's disease. From 2004 to 2010 I battled this horrific illness. Thankfully and miraculously, I now enjoy a normal life free from the struggles of the past.

If you are curious to know more about what I did to regain my health, please check out this video interview I did with food activist Mark McAfee in 2018.

I am no longer health coaching, but my idea is that sharing this piece might help guide others still suffering and inspire hope for healing.

In the same spirit, my story is featured in, "Wanted: Crohn's End",  a documentary about empowered patients with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis who have explored alternative treatments. The film contains some of my real home footage, captured at a time when I was finding my way from sickness to restoration.

My life has changed quite a bit over the years and I don't think of Crohn's every day anymore. But I still have a desire to share my story if it might help others. I have it in my mind that perhaps one day I will write a book about my experience. Or, maybe speak about it in public.
